Florida logistics company leases entire new 1.2M-sf industrial project in Newnan, Ga.

A Lakeland, Fla.-based third-party logistics company has leased all of the 1.2-million-square-foot Southwest 85 Logistics Center in Newnan, Ga.

Saddle Creek Logistics Services signed a lease with the building's owner, Core5 Industrial Partners, according to a Commercial Property Executive article.

Saddle Creek Logistics, which provides supply chain services for retailers, manufacturers and e-commerce companies, plans to use Southwest 85 Logistics Center to provide distribution services for a top home improvement retailer's locations in the Southeast.

Core5 Signs Supply Chain User to 1.2 MSF Industrial Lease in Southwest Atlanta

ATLANTA — Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners has signed Saddle Creek Logistics Services to a 1.2 million-square-foot lease at Southwest 85 Logistics Center, an industrial building under construction in southwest Atlanta. Saddle Creek, a provider of supply chain solutions for retailers, manufacturers and e-commerce companies, will use the new space to provide distribution services on behalf of a home improvement retailer for its Southeast locations. Southwest 85 Logistics Center Set to Immediately Break Ground on 109-Acre Site in the I-85 South Corridor of Metro Atlanta, Georgia ATLANTA, August 16, 2017 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners has closed on a 109-acre, fully entitled industrial site at Exit 51 in the I-85/Southwest Atlanta submarket. Core5 will immediately break ground on the development of Southwest 85 Logistics Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot state-of-the-art facility, which is expandable to 1.3 million square feet and has all the attributes of an e-commerce fulfillment center.
