VMInnovations, which sells home and garden, sports and outdoors, electronics, and children’s products, has leased 416,891 square feet at the Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen in Hutchins. The industrial complex is located on 43 acres at the intersection of Wintergreen Road and I-45. (more…)
VMInnovations, an online retailer that sells goods through Amazon.com and EBay, has signed a big lease in southern Dallas County for its new southern U.S. regional distribution center.
The Nebraska-based company, which sells everything from baby gear to home and garden items to electronics, signed a lease for 416,891 square feet of industrial space at Core5 Logistics Center, a brand new, 754,897-square-foot facility located at 1200 W. Southwest 85 Logistics Center Set to Immediately Break Ground on 109-Acre Site in the I-85 South Corridor of Metro Atlanta, Georgia
ATLANTA, August 16, 2017 – Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners has closed on a 109-acre, fully entitled industrial site at Exit 51 in the I-85/Southwest Atlanta submarket. Core5 will immediately break ground on the development of Southwest 85 Logistics Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot state-of-the-art facility, which is expandable to 1.3 million square feet and has all the attributes of an e-commerce fulfillment center. Delivery of the building is scheduled for the second quarter 2018.
