Southern Dallas development continues with massive distribution hub deal

A Nebraska-based e-commerce retailer is opening a massive fulfillment center in South Dallas.

VMInnovations, which sells home and garden, sports and outdoors, electronics, and children’s products, has leased 416,891 square feet at the Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen in Hutchins. The industrial complex is located on 43 acres at the intersection of Wintergreen Road and I-45. (more…)

VMInnovations Leases 416,891 SF of Distribution Space in North Texas

VMInnovations, an online retailer that sells goods through Amazon.com and EBay, has signed a big lease in southern Dallas County for its new southern U.S. regional distribution center. The Nebraska-based company, which sells everything from baby gear to home and garden items to electronics, signed a lease for 416,891 square feet of industrial space at Core5 Logistics Center, a brand new, 754,897-square-foot facility located at 1200 W.
