Core5 Industrial Partners has arranged a new lease at its Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen location in South Dallas. VMInnovations, an online retailer that sells a variety of brand-name products, agreed to occupy 416,891 square feet to serve as the company’s order fulfillment location. The tenant is scheduled to move into the space in August.

Duracell is the number one battery brand in the world. The Core5 facility will provide Duracell distribution services for all of North America. Sonoco, one of the largest global diversified packaging companies, will support Duracell’s new battery packaging operation and DHL will handle the logistics.
