ELSMERE, KY — September 30, 2020 – Core5 Industrial Partners has closed on a 65-acre industrial site at Exit 180 in the Airport submarket of Kentucky. Core5 will immediately break ground on the development of C5 75/71 Northern KY Logistics Center, a 772,000-square-foot state-of-the-art logistics facility. Delivery of the building is scheduled for Q3 2021. Core5 Industrial Partners Starts 1 Million-Square-Foot Bourbon Trail Logistics Center

LOUISVILLE — July 22, 2019 – Core5 Industrial Partners, a new-to-Louisville developer and owner of industrial properties, has started construction on the largest speculative building in the market, a 1,038,240-square-foot building at Bourbon Trail Logistics Center, located less than one mile from I-65 at KY-245 in Shepherdsville. The building is the first 40-foot clear height speculative building to deliver in the market and will be available in the second quarter of 2020.
