VMInnovations, an online retailer that sells goods through Amazon.com and EBay, has signed a big lease in southern Dallas County for its new southern U.S. regional distribution center.
The Nebraska-based company, which sells everything from baby gear to home and garden items to electronics, signed a lease for 416,891 square feet of industrial space at Core5 Logistics Center, a brand new, 754,897-square-foot facility located at 1200 W. Wintergreen Road in Hutchins, TX. (more…)

HUTCHINS, TEXAS — VMInnovations, an online retailer of brand-name sports products, electronics and home goods, has signed an industrial lease in Hutchins, a southern suburb of Dallas. The company will occupy 416,891 square feet at Core5 Logistics Center at Wintergreen, a 43-acre development. Mark Collins and Adam Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield represented VMInnovations in the lease negotiations. Matt Elliot of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord, Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners.

Warehouse ceilings may be reaching farther into the sky, but it is not necessarily because tenants are demanding it.
“We are building 40-foot clear [ceiling heights]. We have not had a tenant to date utilize that,” Core5 Industrial Partners Managing Director Lisa Ward said.
