As Vice President Construction for Core5 Industrial Partners, Mark is responsible for the development of speculative and build-to-suit warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities in the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana markets. Principal responsibilities include land acquisition, entitlement, site development, design and construction within his market areas.

An industrial real estate expert with over 39 years’ experience in development, design and construction, Mark has developed over 12 million square feet of industrial product in the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky markets.

He joined Core5 from IDI Logistics where he served as Vice President of Construction for the past 14 years.  Mark is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Mark and his wife Molly live in Burlington, Kentucky. They have three adult children and four grandchildren. In his spare time, Mark enjoys golf, working out, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren.
