As the Vice President of Investments in the Texas market, Liam helps lead the strategic acquisition, entitlement, pre-development, and development of land for Class A industrial facilities. His role involves managing the full lifecycle of projects, from identifying and securing land opportunities to navigating the entitlement process and coordinating pre-development activities. Additionally, he is responsible for the marketing and leasing of speculative and build-to-suit properties, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, mitigate risks, and maximize investment returns.

Liam contributes to the success of Core5 by identifying and securing strategic land acquisitions that align with the company’s growth objectives. He also supports the marketing and leasing of Texas-based projects, helping ensure developments meet market demand, generate strong returns on investment, and drive revenue while strengthening the company’s position in the market.

Prior to joining Core5, Liam worked for Colliers International on the supply chain real estate team where he focused on tenant representation. While at Colliers, Liam’s roles included prospecting new business, structuring lease transactions, and property acquisitions and dispositions for industrial properties equating to over $75 million in transactions in his five-year brokerage tenure.

Liam earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma, where he was a four-year letterman on the golf team. Following college, Liam played professional golf in Europe, Asia, and Latin/South America.

Liam is a sponsor and volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and sits on the Young Benefactors board at The First Tee of Greater Dallas – an international youth development organization introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people. Liam and his wife, Jesse, live in Dallas with their daughter, Mae. In his free time, he enjoys an active lifestyle including golf and all things outdoors.
