Kelsey serves as Vice President of Finance at Core5, where she oversees the company’s financial processes, including securing and managing financing for development projects, leading the annual business planning and reforecasting efforts, and directing treasury and cash management functions. In this role, she ensures the organization has the capital and forward-looking financial insights needed to pursue strategic growth opportunities and respond effectively to changing market conditions. Her leadership in liquidity and cash flow management supports the company’s financial stability and day-to-day operations.
Kelsey began her career in public accounting before transitioning into the real estate industry, driven by a long-standing interest in the field. She joined Core5 as a Staff Accountant and has grown with the organization over the past decade, advancing into finance leadership. She is currently celebrating her tenth year with the company.
A notable achievement in Kelsey’s career includes contributing to the successful closing of more than $2 billion in loan commitments, helping to expand the company’s development portfolio and support its strategic objectives.
Kelsey holds a Master of Accounting from Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University, which underpins her expertise in financial management and strategic planning. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children. As a family, they share a passion for travel, inspired in part by the three years she and her husband lived overseas. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kelsey has a strong personal interest in fashion and styling.
