As Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Core5, Jon’s chief responsibilities include business development and capital deployment in California and Arizona. His primary focus is on land acquisition, entitlement and development of modern logistics facilities for inventory and build-to-suit requirements, in addition to sourcing value-add acquisition opportunities. Jon also provides support for the disposition of buildings within his market areas.

An industrial real estate expert with over 25 years’ experience in development, construction administration and design, Jon has developed over 12 million square feet of industrial space in the Inland Empire and the Los Angeles area. He joined Core5 from IDI Gazeley (formerly IDI) where he served as Vice President of Construction. Prior positions include development management with Lincoln Property Company.

Jon is a graduate of California State Polytechnic in Pomona, California where he earned a B.S. degree in Architecture. He holds a Green Building Certification achieving the designation of LEED^® Accredited Professional and is an active member of NAIOP.
