As Vice President of Investments, Greg serves as the corporate liaison to Core5’s regional offices for development, leasing, build-to-suits, property dispositions,
development joint ventures, and long-term hold asset management. He is also responsible for analyzing markets for new land acquisitions including competitive sets, leasing assumptions, cap rates, and costs to clearly determine whether to proceed with new land before incurring expenses.
Greg began his career as a real estate analyst while working in Los Angeles following college graduation. Since then, Greg has held multiple leadership positions with responsibilities in acquisitions, development, and capital deployment. Most recently and prior to joining Core5, he served as the Vice President of Acquisitions for Ackerman & Co., where he was responsible for sourcing industrial acquisitions and development opportunities in the Southeast. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Southern California.

When Greg isn’t analyzing the next investment deal for Core5, he enjoys bike riding, fly fishing and hiking with his dog, Millie.
