As Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Core5, Bobby is responsible for the oversight of all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to and impacting Core5. He actively participates in complex deal structuring and assists the Core5 team with identifying and mitigating risks.

Prior to joining Core5, Bobby was a Partner at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, where he represented owners, developers, and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition of industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, office and retail projects throughout the United States.

Bobby holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
