Lydia serves as Vice President of Investments, where she is responsible for managing Core5’s Northeast and Southeast property dispositions, development joint ventures—both existing and prospective, along with oversight for Senior Management on all request for proposals throughout those regions. In this role, she brings consistency, process, and intentionality to the sales, leasing, and asset management across the company’s national portfolio. Her focus on executing smooth, successful closings supports the achievement of projected earnings, while her commitment to excellence helps maintain strong relationships with repeat buyers and joint venture partners.
Her core strengths include strong financial and analytical acumen, extensive experience in negotiation and deal structuring, and a well-rounded perspective shaped by her background across finance, logistics, leasing, development, capital markets, and portfolio management.
Lydia began her career in the real estate industry following an internship with IDI Gazeley’s finance team after graduating from Berry College. Drawn to the industry’s unique blend of relationship-building and analytical rigor, she has since built an over a decade-long career in the field. Over that time, she has played a key role in more than $2.1 billion in sales volume for Core5, managed the JV partner relationship for 3.1msf of product, overseen the management of a new JV partnership and negotiation of the corresponding JV agreement for a 1.1msf facility in California, contributed to 10.6msf of leasing in the company’s Midwest portfolio, and has been directly involved in over 17msf of development in the region.
Lydia holds a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School, where she graduated as a Beta Gamma Sigma scholar (top 10% of her class), and earned a degree in mathematics with a minor in business from Berry College.
Outside of work, Lydia prioritizes time with her family, including her husband and young son and eight nieces and nephews in the Atlanta area. She enjoys spending time outdoors, preferably near the ocean, listening to music, and engaging in personal reflection.
